ABOUT ME

A former national-level figure skater, Conor (he/him) developed a passion for health and fitness through his intense athletic career. He brings the knowledge of high-level fitness to all his clients and focuses on developing clients’ muscle tone and helping them lose body fat through simple functional daily movements. He focuses on helping clients in the gym and with their daily personal nutrition through simple lifestyle habit changes. Through his passion for fitness, Conor instills a love of fitness and health to all his clients.
